Erasmus+ national agencies across Europe are offering training and cooperation activities in the field of inclusion and diversity all year round. Individuals and organisations seeking help in preparing their Erasmus+ application and looking for partners for their project idea are welcome to explore the offer and apply for activities supported by their national agencies.

The April edition of SALTO news, the official newsletter of the SALTO network, is out, with the new SALTO Inclusion and Diversity (Education and Training) website in the spotlight.

SALTO news is the official newsletter of the SALTO community, a network of 11 resource centres committed to promotion and improvement of the Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps programmes. The April edition of the newsletter features an article on our new website, as well as latest news and updates from other resource centres:  info about the 2nd session of the SALTO Digital Dialogues, an overview of Youthpass highlights and figures in 2022, the announcement of the online panel “Ethics and Digital Rights” and the Inclusion and Diversity Forum in Bucharest, updates on open calls and publications etc.

The European Commission has opened public consultation on European disability card, an initiative that seeks to ensure equal access to benefits across borders for people with disabilities.

The representatives of the SALTO Resource Centre for Inclusion and Diversity met with the Director of Erasmus Student Network (ESN), Mr. Wim Gabriels, for talks on future cooperation in the field of student mobility.

On the occasion of the 35th anniversary of the Erasmus+ programme, the European Commission organised a full-day hybrid event to round off the celebration. The celebratory event was held in Brussels on December 14 and featured individual participants and beneficiary organisations, as well as national agencies and founders of the Erasmus+ programme.

The European Education Summit is an annual event organised by the European Commission, as part of a wider initiative to create a European Education Area by 2025. The fifth edition of the summit took place in Brussels on December 1, 2022 and was hosted by Mariya Gabriel, the EU Commissioner for Innovation, Research, Culture, Education and Youth.
