SALTO Inclusion and Diversity in Youth, along with SALTO Inclusion and Diversity in Education and Training, organized the ID Kitchen Training Course. The online event was held from the 16th to the 18th of October and had two aims: (i) to support non-inclusion officers to develop their competences related to inclusion & diversity issues and approaches; (ii) to maximise the results and impact of their national agency’s (NA) inclusion work.
Through this training course a space was provided for NA staff from youth, education and training and cross-sectoral NAs to get familiar with ID concepts and gain better understanding of the ID issues. It also helped them become better equipped to support their colleagues (ID Officers) and beneficiaries, as well as exchange ideas, share practices and reflect on the values and aims of the their work.
The 4th edition of the training will be held from the 5th to 7th February 2024, so stay tuned!
