Inclusion and Diversity E-course for Assessors Evaluating Erasmus+ Key Action 1 Applications
The SALTO Resource Centre for Inclusion and Diversity in Education and Training (SALTO ID ET) presents a new e-course for external assessors!
Developed in collaboration with CARNET to enhance the understanding and application of inclusion and diversity in Erasmus+ evaluations, this e-course is available to national agencies implementing the Erasmus+ programme in education and training and is accessible only with a password.
This e-course can complement existing training materials offered by national agencies for Erasmus+, providing additional perspectives on inclusion and diversity for assessors evaluating Erasmus+ Key Action 1 funding and accreditation applications in adult education, higher education, school education, and vocational education and training.
The course aims to deepen knowledge and strengthen assessors’ ability to recognise and reward inclusion and diversity efforts in project evaluations.
It is based on the IDEA: Inclusion and Diversity in Erasmus+ Assessments resource, prepared for SALTO ID ET by Paul Guest, an expert with many years of experience in the Erasmus+ programme.
In a world where fostering inclusion and embracing diversity in projects are essential, the role of an assessor is vital. Course equips assessors with the tools to evaluate Erasmus+ projects, ensuring they have a strong focus on these values. It includes various learning methods such as study materials, interactive exercises, mock applications, and practice activities.
Course is self-paced and it allows assessors to move through the material at their own speed and at a time that works best for them. The course typically takes 5-6 hours to complete, though the duration may vary depending on the assessor’s prior experience with evaluations.
If you are an assessor, whether just starting out or with prior experience in evaluations, and are interested in attending this e-course, please first contact the national agency responsible for implementing the Erasmus+ programme in education and training sector with which you are cooperating to check their training options, or reach out to SALTO ID ET at salto@ampeu.hr.
