The European Commission’s campaign on Inclusion in Erasmus+ has started, covering a wide range of Erasmus+ communication channels. The campaign highlights how Erasmus+ can support people facing barriers to participation and provides resources to help organisations make their activities more accessible.
Through practical information and real stories, the campaign raises awareness of support available to address financial barriers, accessibility needs, language difficulties, application procedures and a lack of international experience.
The campaign website provides guidance for both individuals and organisations and explains the barriers to participation and the inclusion measures available to address them.
Individuals can learn about support that may help them participate, including additional funding, accessibility arrangements, language preparation and flexible learning formats. Organisations can find information tailored to new, smaller, grassroots and experienced organisations, as well as resources for planning inclusive projects.
The website also directs organisations to resources from SALTO Inclusion and Diversity Resource Centres, alongside National Agency contacts for further advice.
SALTO ID ET has supported the development of the European Commission’s inclusion campaign by sharing inspiring stories from across Europe that show what becomes possible when the right support is in place.
